Rent and Deposit:

1 bedroom - Rent $530.00 per month, Deposit $400.00

2 bedroom - Rent $620.00 per month, Deposit $500.00

There is a $20.00 monthly per pet rent fee.

Application Fee:

$25.00 fee per adult. All adults living in the apartment must be approved through the office and on lease.

Utilities:

Tenants are responsible for electric and gas which must be in tenants name upon move in.

Complex pays for water, sewer and trash.

Pets:

Cats are permitted. Cats require an additional $100.00 per cat non-refundable deposit. There is a $20.00 monthly pet rent fee. Maximum of 2 cats/apartment allowed.

Smoking:

Coon Rapids Apartments is a non-smoking property.

Smoking of any variety is not permitted anywhere on the grounds.
